Program Overview
The Hospitality Operations Excellence Certification 2027 is a high-level international training program aimed at students, graduates, and young professionals aged 14 to 30. The program develops leadership, operational, and strategic management skills for careers in hotels, resorts, and international hospitality enterprises.
The course combines theoretical lessons, workshops, hands-on labs, and experiential sessions at resorts, providing a global and practical perspective on the hospitality industry.
Learning Objectives
Participants will acquire skills in strategic and operational management, multi-department coordination, financial and KPI analysis, team motivation, guest experience excellence, sustainability, and the use of modern technology tools in hospitality.
Program Structure
The program lasts 90 days (180 hours) and features a blended learning approach with both online and in-person training. Modules include:

- Event & Entertainment Management
- Leadership & Financial Management
- Sustainability & Digital Innovation
Learning methods include seminars, case studies, workshops, live simulations, and mentorship by certified hospitality professionals.
Target Participants
The course is designed for students and young professionals aged 14 to 30 interested in hospitality careers or aspiring to roles such as Head of Operations, General Manager, Event Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or Corporate Trainer.
Certification
Upon successful completion, participants will receive the International Certificate in Hospitality Operations Excellence, issued by GHA – Global Hospitality Academy.
